Internet access and value-added computer services provider Sitestar Corporation has announced that it has purchased Canadian-based Netrover, Inc. effective January 1, 2006. The company will gain a further 7,000 customers through the acquisition including web hosting customers, dial-up and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Internet subscribers, and customers of other Netrover services. The acquisition offers Sitestar greater exposure in Canada, complementing the company’s plans to improve its customer base in North America.
